Meet Elsbeth Fast

Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) is a research-backed sleep treatment approach that markedly enhances sleep quality and quantity.

For over three decades, I’ve partnered with clients in the mental healthcare space. Over that time, I witnessed so many clients struggle with sleep as anxiety, trauma, and PTSD disrupted their natural ability to sleep. So, in 2013, I completed intensive training in CBT-i through the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping people overcome insomnia through CBT-i therapy. Whether it's someone who deals with complex trauma, or someone who simply has anxiety around sleeplessness, nothing compares to the joy of guiding individuals on their sleep journey. After more than a decade of focusing on clients with sleep struggles, I’m more confident than ever that everyone can find natural, true sleep.
It is my privilege to walk alongside my clients using researched-back, targeted techniques to address the root causes of sleeplessness, rather than simply medicating the symptoms.

If you’re struggling to find the natural, true sleep you deserve, I’d love to partner with you.

While other solutions offer temporary relief, nothing compares to the long-term benefits of CBTi. Through healthy sleep habits, strengthened natural sleep drive, and training to allow the body to unwind each evening, I help you find real solutions that empower you for life.
